PLANS

Monthly payment plans, explained like a payslip

A monthly plan is just a promise repeated: same amount, same day, every month, until it is done. Here is what that looks like in practice.

The shape of a plan

You choose an item, the total is split across a number of months, and the monthly amount is fixed. If the plan is 12 months, month 37 costs exactly what month 3 cost. Nothing ramps up, nothing surprises.

Short plans vs long plans

Shorter plans (around 3 months) keep the total lower but ask more each month. Longer plans (up to 12 months) ask less each month but cost more overall. Neither is wrong — the right length is the one you can keep without strain.

What counts as 'the plan is healthy'

Payments landing on time, and if a month is missed, telling the shop early. Orders that keep this rhythm stay healthy and dispatch on schedule.

Questions people ask

What day do monthly payments come out?

You choose the day that suits your pay cycle when you set the plan up.

Can I change my monthly amount later?

Plan changes are possible before dispatch — ask the shop. After dispatch the plan generally runs as agreed.

Is there interest?

Spreading the cost includes a charge for credit, shown clearly before you commit. The monthly figure you agree is the figure you pay.
